By using Doctors My Agency / Clinic-OS you agree to these terms on behalf of your clinic or organisation.
Service
We provide software for AI-assisted patient communication, appointment booking, and clinic management. Features vary by plan.
Trials & billing
Free trials are offered without a credit card unless you choose to upgrade. Paid plans renew monthly until cancelled in the billing portal.
Clinic responsibilities
- You are the data controller for patient information; we act as a processor.
- You must obtain patient consent where required for messaging and AI replies.
- AI assists staff — you remain responsible for clinical decisions and emergencies.
Acceptable use
No unlawful content, spam, or misuse of WhatsApp/SMS channels. We may suspend accounts that violate policy or carrier rules.
Limitation of liability
The service is provided “as is”. We are not liable for missed appointments, AI errors, or third-party carrier outages beyond fees paid in the prior 12 months.
